Baby Toys

Baby toys are an essential part of growing up. While the majority of these toys are quite simplistic in nature, they are a vital aspect of sensory development for infants. Items that stimulate the senses, whether visually, aurally, or physically, are the ideal playthings for babies.

Noise makers are always popular baby toys. The rattle, for example, has been a staple baby toy for centuries, if not longer. Drums and blocks are also popular toys for this same reason.

Because babies tend to do a lot of their “exploring” by trying to fit things into their mouth, it is vital that baby toys not have any small parts that can be accidentally swallowed. It is also important for the parent to monitor their child so as to avoid this same problem. Most toys come with labels stating whether small parts are present or not.
